Delivery Times

Subject to stock availability, orders will be despatched within 72 hours and delivered on a guaranteed 48 hour service.

Value Added Tax (VAT)

Vintage Visage are not currently VAT registered and prices shown do not include VAT.

Duties And Taxes

Any duties or taxes payable on purchase of Vintage Visage products are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If the purchaser refuses to pay the duties/tax it is then the responsibility of the purchaser to pay all shipping costs for the return of the item(s).

Payment

We accept payments through PayPal and through a range of debit/credit cards. Once your items have been paid for they will made available in your download area on the Vintage Visage website.

Returns

If an item arrives damaged or is incorrect in any way, please return the item to us within 10 days and we will arrange for a complete refund or a replacement according to your own wishes. All claims for non delivery or other queries should be made to us within 21 working days from us receiving your order.
